NLRC sells land through real estate brokers, as well as unsolicited offers. We advertise our property offerings in various newspapers in Nevada, California, and Utah, as well as in specialty publications. We cooperate with all realtors/brokers, paying a flat 3% commission at the close of escrow. Most of our property is sold in 640-acre parcels with prices for a single parcel starting as low as $65 per acre. NLRC offers full service sales including preparation of all agreements and documents, handling of escrow process, and financing terms. Financing is available through NLRC with terms of 30% down, 10% interest, amortized over 10 years. We consider all reasonable fair market value offers on a case-by-case basis.
